Little Arniston, Kaysers Beach

Little Arniston, located in Kaysers Beach, is a charming and cozy self-catering cottage suitable for family holidays. It is situated approximately five minutes from pristine beaches, dunes, and rock pools. The cottage is located about 20 minutes from East London Airport and 40 minutes from the central area of East London.

There is a convenience store at Kaysers Beach for daily necessities, and OK Foods in Kidds Beach, which is a 15-minute drive from Little Arniston. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. Golf courses are located in East London, which is 40 minutes away from Little Arniston. The cottage is completely enclosed, making it ideal for children to play freely.

Little Arniston does not have a sea view. The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms, a 'rumpus room' that can double up as a third bedroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The rumpus room is located off the lounge and is ideal for children. The room contains 2 stack beds, and a separate toilet and handbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a small fridge-freezer and an additional chest freezer, an under-counter oven and hob, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There is an automatic washing machine in the second bathroom. The cozy living area contains a TV with a selection of DStv channels and a fireplace. Wi-Fi is available.

The cottage has a lovely outdoor courtyard patio with a portable braai and weber kettle braai, which is ideal for all-weather entertaining and is partly covered. Plenty of on-site safe parking is available.
