The 'Little Swift Sea Cottage' is a private house that offers a stunning sea view. It is located within a ten-minute walk or a five-minute drive from the Scottburgh beach, which is renowned as one of the best swimming beaches in South Africa and an excellent scuba diving area.

The house was designed by an architect, the first owner, and features unique features such as the wooden beams supporting the front of the structure. It overlooks a park, beyond which lies the sea, providing a special experience for guests sitting on the balcony and taking in the panoramic view.

Scottburgh is a thriving coastal resort and a perfect holiday destination known for its year-round sub-tropical climate and warm waters, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling, swimming, diving, and surfing. The town is home to thousands of bird species, including the brilliantly colored Knysna and Purple-crested Lourie, as well as a wide variety of waterfowl, vervet monkeys, dolphins, and whales.

Among the attractions in the area are the Green Point Lighthouse, a national monument erected in 1905 and situated on a hilltop opposite Blamey's Bay, and Crocworld, where visitors can witness over 10,000 crocodiles, raptors, snakes, tortoises, waterbirds, and flamingos in a natural setting. Additionally, the 18-hole Scottburgh Golf Course offers rolling fairways with unparalleled views of the Indian Ocean, including two Par 5 and five Par 3 holes.

The 'Little Swift Sea Cottage' itself features a TV with a satellite dish (OVHD installed), a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and braai facilities, as well as two bathrooms with both bath and shower facilities.
