The property is a well-equipped and functional house located on the banks of the Breede River. It features sprawling lawns and a beautiful lapa overlooking the river, making it an ideal setting for a large family holiday. The house is designed to accommodate large groups with ample entertainment facilities such as darts, a ping-pong table, stand-up paddleboards, a canoe, a private slipway and jetty for boats, and two braai areas u2013 one on the river banks and the other at the house.

The spacious grounds feature rolling lawns with hammocks hanging from the trees, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The property offers opportunities to observe various bird species during the day and stargaze at night. The house is spread across two levels, with the first level featuring a massive space with a queen-sized bed, two single beds, and an extra-large shower in the bathroom. This level has direct access to the garden and an outdoor shower.

The second level comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area with a fireplace, all opening onto a deck. There are three bedrooms on this level: a main room with an en-suite bathroom (including a shower, toilet, and sink), a TV, and a fireplace, as well as direct access to the deck; a double room with a queen-sized bed, sharing a bathroom with a bunk bed room that sleeps four; and a bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, and sink.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer and an additional fridge under the deck, providing ample space for large groups.
