It lies on the slopes bordering Naval Hill, a large wildlife sanctuary with free-roaming springbok, Blue Wildebeest, and a few giraffe. The accommodation is located only 2 kilometres from the city centre, making it an easy walk down the tree-lined streets to the heart of Bloemfontein and just a 15-kilometre drive from the airport.

Guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment while being in close proximity to several shopping centres, golf courses, Loch Logan Waterfront, Orchid House, and the Free State Stadium. The area is also suitable for bird lovers, with a variety of bird life. Pets are welcome at an additional cost per animal per night.
