Long Thin Farm offers accommodation in three separate properties: Milkwood Cottage, Stone Cottage, and the Manor House. Milkwood Cottage, beautifully restored to expose some of its original stonework, can accommodate two guests in a separate en-suite bedroom, with two additional single beds in the loft room. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is fully equipped and features a cast-iron fireplace for the winter months. Towels and linen are provided. Outside, there is an enclosed stoep and a private garden overlooking the river.

Stone Cottage, aptly named for its stone construction, has been fully restored to meet modern budget traveler standards. It sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, with the second bedroom being open-plan to the living area, offering limited privacy. The bedrooms share a common bathroom with a shower. Similar to Milkwood Cottage, towels and linen are provided, and the open-plan lounge area is fully equipped, including a cast-iron fireplace. The covered stoep has a red ceiling and offers a wonderful view of the water.

The Manor House, tucked away in a tranquil and serene setting on the banks of the Goukou River, is the main house on Long Thin Farm. Surrounded by olive trees, milkwoods, and the farm's vineyard, the beautiful house features a spacious veranda where guests can enjoy birdwatching while sipping on Long Thin Farm's red wine. Guests can explore the river using the farm's kayaks and paddleboards, taking in the scenic surroundings and nature's beauty. In summer, the river is busier. A private jetty and launching ramp are available for ski boats or runabouts. Lovely riverside picnic areas and a jungle gym for children are also on site. Safe hiking and cycling trails wind through untouched fynbos, offering spectacular views of the river. The main house sleeps six people, with two en-suite bedrooms downstairs and a further loft bedroom upstairs. The fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining room are open-plan, with stacking doors leading out to the veranda and pool.
