Longbeachview

Longbeachview is a luxurious private villa that accommodates six guests. It is beautifully furnished and situated in the village of Noordhoek, on the slopes of the Silvermine Mountains, which are part of the Table Mountain National Park. The villa is located approximately 30 minutes away from the city center of Cape Town.

The villa features a well-planned living area that seamlessly flows from the kitchen to the dining and living areas. The wind-protected patio and swimming pool are surrounded by a beautiful garden. Watching the sunset from the terrace is considered a treat not to be missed. The living room features spectacular sea and mountain views, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a home theater system.

Guests can enjoy the sun loungers by the pool, the braai facilities, and the outdoor dining area, which is perfect for entertaining. The villa consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including an oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, water cooler and purifier, coffee maker, and more.

The main bedroom features two single Tempur beds pushed together to form a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, electric blankets, and winter or summer duvets. The en-suite bathroom has a basin, shower, bath, and toilet, and guests have access to a walk-in dressing room. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has one or two single beds. There is a separate bathroom available in the passage for this bedroom.

All towels and bed linens are provided, and the house is serviced once a week, which is included in the rate. The villa is also equipped with an alarm system linked to a security company, and parking is available in the double garage with automatic doors. Parties or loud music are not permitted, and no extra guests are allowed.

Romantic sundowners can be enjoyed from the terrace. Four golf courses, including Clovally, Steenberg, Westlake, and Simonstown, are located within a 5-minute drive. The villa features a large pool with solar panel heating and offers beautiful views towards Longbeach and Chapmanspeak.
