Lungi's Township B&B

Lungi's Township B&B is located in Khayelitsha township in Cape Town. It offers guests the opportunity to experience the family life and culture of a South African township. The bed and breakfast has three rooms, each accommodating up to two guests. Two of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, while one room has a shared bathroom. The rooms are well-appointed, with fresh linen and towels provided.

In the evenings, members of the neighborhood committee ensure the security and safety of the area surrounding the bed and breakfast. Guests can participate in guided walks that include visits to a woman who brews traditional Xhosa beer, a shebeen (informal bar), a local cafe, a local church, and a traditional healer known as a sangoma.

The Blue Room features twin beds that can be converted into a double bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and hot water. Fresh linen and towels are provided, and the rooms are clean and well-lit.
