Lunsklip Farm-Lekker Johnnie Outpost

The Lunsklip Farm-Lekker Johnnie Outpost is a unique, nearly 100-year-old stone cottage situated 18 kilometers from the coastal town of Stilbaai. It is located in the heart of the Lunsklip Fynbos farm, which is a nature lover's dream. The farm features a variety of seasonal flowers, including Protea and Pincushion in winter, Blue Bells in spring, and Heath in autumn. Additionally, visitors can observe birdlife, blue and gold wildebeest, duiker, and two donkeys right from the cottage's doorstep.

It is important to note that strict electricity usage applies as the cottage runs on solar power. For instance, hairdryers can only be used in the cottage from 10 am to 3 pm when the sun is at its best. The cottage does not have a microwave, but it is equipped with a gas oven and stovetop. The stone cottage is a one-bedroom unit that can accommodate up to two people.
