The townhouse has two floors. The split-level ground floor is dedicated to entertaining and open plan living, with the kitchen, dining room, and living room leading out to the veranda and garden, offering stunning ocean views throughout. The three well-appointed bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The main bedroom features a super king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath, double vanity, and separate rainwater shower, as well as generously sized wardrobe space and a balcony that welcomes the rising sun or allows you to watch the day go by.
