Lynedoch is a gracious, art-deco house located in Kalk Bay, a small fishing village. It overlooks Kalk Bay harbour and False Bay, offering accommodation with unsurpassed views. The property provides accommodation options for families or groups in the form of a 10 to 12-sleeper House or a two-bedroom Flat.

The House features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony with a harbor view. There are three en-suite rooms upstairs with queen-size or twin beds, and two en-suite rooms downstairs with single beds that can be used as bedrooms or a bedroom and sitting room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cooking utensils. The lounge has a TV with DStv, and Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the house. Additionally, the house has laundry facilities and an alarm system.

The Flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Guests also have Wi-Fi Internet access in the Flat. Braai facilities are available on the patio, and there is a double garage for guests' use.
