Maanskynhuis

Maanskynhuis is a magnificent, elegantly styled, seven-bedroom self-catering house located in Voelklip, situated at the foot of the Klein River mountain range. The house derives its name from the Maanskynkop mountain that it overlooks at the back. Towards the front, Maanskynhuis offers an unspoiled, 180-degree view over Walker Bay.

The upstairs area features an open-plan, spacious, and well-designed kitchen that is fully equipped. It opens up onto two patios: one on the northeastern side facing the mountain, with a built-in braai and a ten-seater table, and another on the southeastern side providing magnificent views over Grotto Beach, Die Plaat, and the Klein River Lagoon, with De Kelders, Gansbaai, and Dyer Island visible on the horizon.

The lounge area is large and comfortable, featuring a flat-screen satellite television. The formal dining room accommodates up to 12 guests. Downstairs, there is a reception lounge and games room where guests can enjoy a game of snooker or a drink at the cocktail bar. Additionally, there is a Jacuzzi adjacent to the bar and an outdoor pool area.

All seven en-suite bedrooms, four of which are located in an outside wing adjacent to the main house, are stylishly decorated. Maanskynhuis offers close proximity and 180-degree views over Walker Bay.
