Mafunyane Lodge

Mafunyane Private Game Lodge is a small, intimate lodge located in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, which forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park. The luxury lodge can accommodate 8 guests in 4 luxury suites that are connected to the main lodge by a wooden walkway, and all suites overlook the lodge's active waterhole.

Each suite is furnished with two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. The suites are equipped with air-conditioning, a wooden patio with outdoor seating, tea and coffee making facilities, a desk, and a bar fridge. All suites have en-suite bathrooms as well as an outdoor shower.

The main area of the lodge opens up onto an undercover verandah, where guests can relax or enjoy a swim in the infinity pool while taking in the spectacular views of the bushveld and the lodge's waterhole. The lodge is also available on an exclusive basis, either as a catered option or a self-catering option, and interested parties should contact the lodge directly to inquire about these options.

The Klaserie Private Game Reserve is world-renowned for its incredible wildlife and game viewing. A unique feature of the reserve is the low number of vehicles, which allows guests to experience wildlife sightings more intimately and without the disturbance of large crowds.
