Magnolia House

Magnolia House is a property located in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of the Helderberg mountain range in Morningside, Cape Town. It is located between various wine farms and features Cape Dutch architecture with a spacious garden boasting views of the mountain. The house is furnished with quality beds and Egyptian linen in all rooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining room table and chairs in the dining room area. Guests have access to an outside braai area and garage parking for one car in a single garage.

Magnolia House is in close proximity to the famous Ervindale Golf Course, Spa, and Restaurant, Morgenster, Lourensford wine farms, as well as the Helderberg Nature Reserve mountain and hiking trails. The house consists of the following rooms: Bedroom One (main) with a quality king-size bed, Egyptian cotton linen, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom Two has two quality single beds with quality linen and a private bathroom next to the room with a bathtub. Bedroom Three (guest room with private entrance) features a quality queen-size bed with Egyptian Cotton linen and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with an 8-seater table, a living room with a fireplace, an outside braai area with a mountain view, and a single garage available.
