Makulu Manzi is a private, fully equipped, self-contained holiday home. It is situated less than 40 meters from the sea, boasting stunning uninterrupted 180-degree sea views. Only a hiking path separates the home from the rocks, ensuring no thoroughfare to disturb the peaceful surroundings. Dolphins and whales are commonly spotted in front of the house, and visitors can fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves.

The double-story beach house can comfortably accommodate six people. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the two spare rooms have twin beds each. There are two full bathrooms, one located upstairs and the other downstairs. The open-plan lounge area has sliding doors leading to the sea, and the dining area provides access to the garden. The well-equipped kitchen includes all modern conveniences.

All bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto the covered decks, offering sea views. There is a large deck on the north side and a sunny garden at the back. The property is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance, convenient off-road parking, and direct access to the beach. Self-catering facilities include a microwave, four-plate gas hob and oven, fridge-freezer, additional chest freezer if needed, washing machine, dishwasher, full DSTV coverage, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Makulu Manzi is popular for corporate bookings, as company members prefer the beautiful surroundings over hotels or bed and breakfasts. Short to medium-term rentals are welcome out of season, and special rates apply. Various options are available, including accommodating two guests with one bathroom, four guests with one bathroom, or six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with commensurate rates.

Please note that the rate of R1150 is applicable to two guests sharing one bedroom and one bathroom, while the rate of R1550 applies to guests booking the entire house out of season. These rates may increase during peak times like Easter and December/January for short bookings. When booking one or two bedrooms, guests have exclusive use of the house and do not share with other guests. There is an additional R500 cleaning fee not included in the rate.
