Malelane Rest Camp Kruger National Park Sanparks

The Malelane Rest Camp is situated where the rolling fields of sugar canes of the neighboring farms and the majestic savannah of the Kruger National Park are separated by the powerful Crocodile River. The camp is unique as it is the only camp located on a boundary. Malelane Camp offers a more intimate bush experience due to its relatively small size, with fewer guests compared to the main camps.

From September 1, 2017, all visitors over 18 years old are required to produce their identity document (ID), passport, or alternative valid identification, such as a driver's license card, for scanning upon entering or exiting the Park. The rates are subject to the number of adults and children staying. Quotes include the 1% Community Levy but exclude daily conservation fees, which must be paid directly to the camp upon arrival.

The camp provides campsites with communal ablutions and cooking facilities, accommodating up to six guests per site. Each unit offers three single beds. It is important to note that the rates displayed are for two guests, and the actual rates may vary depending on the number of guests and children staying. Guests are advised to request appropriate tariffs.
