Malutizicht Lodge

Malutizicht Lodge is located mid-way between Ficksburg and Fouriesburg in the picturesque Eastern Free State region of South Africa. It is situated approximately 23 km from both Ficksburg and Fouriesburg, and 50 km from the town of Clarens, which is known as an artists' mecca. The Lesotho border is a 20-minute drive away, providing easy access to trout fishing and other leisure activities.

Malutizicht Lodge can be reached in about four hours from Johannesburg. The accommodation comprises an English-style cottage that sleeps eight people and a sandstone farmhouse that sleeps ten people. These two houses are interconnected by a covered passageway and indoor swimming pool area. Each bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom and offers a choice of twin or double beds. All accommodation is self-catering and fully serviced.

Additionally, there is a one-bedroom chalet that features twin beds and can accommodate two guests. This chalet has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a fully furnished kitchen. The rates displayed are applicable for two guests staying in the one-bedroom chalet.
