Marichel 4 is a luxurious 355m² beachfront apartment located in Thompsons Bay, Ballito, on South Africa's Dolphin Coast. The property is situated within an exclusive Bali-styled complex of twelve apartments, offering private beach access and panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.

The apartment features four well-appointed bedrooms, with three en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and opens onto a spacious sea-facing veranda. Two en-suite bedrooms offer convertible twin-to-king beds, while the fourth bedroom has twin beds with an adjacent bathroom. The unit is wheelchair accessible and can comfortably accommodate eight guests, with provisions available for infants including a camp cot and high chair.

The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including a Nespresso machine and comprehensive amenities. The open-plan design flows through to a dining area and comfortable lounge, extending onto a substantial veranda with ocean views. The veranda features extensive seating arrangements and both gas and charcoal braai facilities. A separate TV lounge offers full DSTV services, and the unit includes a double lock-up garage with level access.

The complex provides shared amenities including a fenced communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
