Melkboomsdrift Guest House & Conference Centre

Melkboomsdrift Guest House & Conference Centre is situated in the heart of the Olifants River Valley, between Vredendal and Lutzville. It is a working wine farm with a restored farmhouse dating back to circa 1820. The guest house serves as an ideal stopover between Cape Town and Namibia on the N7, with the West Coast just 20 minutes away, offering opportunities for whale-spotting.

The quaint rooms feature private entrances and bar fridges. Delicious farm breakfasts are served, and dinner and picnic baskets are available upon request. Self-catering options are also offered. Bloubekkie is one of the three rooms that form part of the main farmhouse. This room is well-suited for a couple or two people sharing accommodation with the rest of the group in the farmhouse. It features a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in wet shower.
