Mellowsville

Mellowsville is a luxurious beachfront house located in Port Nolloth, South Africa. It offers unobstructed views of the Port Nolloth Bay and provides a laid-back seaside living experience. The house can accommodate up to nine guests in four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, situated on two levels with sea views.

The house features a well-equipped kitchen that allows for sumptuous self-catering, along with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. There is an indoor and outdoor braai area available for guests to use. The lounge area is equipped with a full DSTV bouquet and overlooks the large patio, which has a refreshing swimming pool with a net cover.

Mellowsville is a secure property with an alarm system and ample parking space. Please note that the rates displayed are for two guests and are subject to the number of guests staying. Guests are advised to request the appropriate tariffs. During the peak season, from December 10th until January 10th, the rate is R3377.56 per night. Long weekends have a flat rate of R3377.56 per night with a minimum stay of three nights. Easter Weekend has a flat rate of R3377.56 per night, and the peak season tariffs of R3377.56 per night will be charged. December bookings require a minimum stay of six nights.

No cleaning services are provided after check-in, and there is no wireless internet available. Please note that parties, social gatherings, or functions are not permitted in the house. The check-in time for Easter Weekend is no later than 20:00, and December bookings have a minimum stay of six nights with a check-in time no later than 20:00.
