The holiday house is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring three cozy bedrooms, a kitchen, two lounges, two bathrooms, and a formal dining area.

The property features outdoor Braai/BBQ facilities both at the front and back of the house. Additionally, it has a balcony on the top floor with a swing, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the views of the river. The upper living area includes a bunk bed. Both living areas are equipped with flat-screen TVs, with the main living area offering a 65-inch SMART flat-screen TV. Other entertainment options include board games, computer games, books, bicycles, and a trampoline for use on the property.

The resort is secluded, with Port Alfred being the nearest coastal town, located a 20-minute drive away, and East London Airport being a 60-minute drive away. The holiday house is situated approximately 60 meters from the private beach. On most days, guests can enjoy the beach to themselves, and some areas seem untouched, with beautiful sand dunes.
