Milkwood is a self-catering unit located in a beautiful wildlife conservancy, Marloth Park, which borders the Kruger National Park. It offers classic comfort in the bush setting and can accommodate up to six guests. The unit features three air-conditioned bedrooms, an outdoor dining area, and a splash pool. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, a sleeper couch, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a main bathroom with a shower.

The property is equipped with a simple solar system to help deal with power cuts, allowing the majority of the house to be powered for several hours or more during sunshine hours. However, the air conditioners are not included in this system. Milkwood provides free WiFi for guests.

Visitors can expect to witness various wildlife species in the area, including zebras, giraffes, bush babies, and common duikers. Zebras are known to approach the kitchen door in search of carrots, while the sounds of lions, hyenas, fish eagles, and hippos can be heard in the vicinity. The Kruger National Park is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from the conservancy, and other attractions such as Pilgrim's Rest and God's Window are also nearby.

Milkwood offers several amenities for guests, including a DSTV setup (guests need to bring their own card), a DVD/Blu-ray player, and children's movies. There are also several spas located in Marloth Park, with one qualified team offering massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures at the house upon request. Safari companies are available to pick up guests from the house and provide half and full-day safari experiences.
