Milkwood Safari Lodge is a lodge that offers guests the opportunity for a bush break away. It is situated in Mabalingwe Game Reserve, which is home to Africa's spectacular Big 5. The lodge can accommodate up to 12 guests in four well-appointed en-suite bedrooms.

Milkwood Safari Lodge features a private swimming pool, a boma area with a built-in braai, DSTV, and a table tennis facility. Activities available in and around Mabalingwe Nature Reserve include Thandeka Spa, Biosphere Golf Course, and Shakama Wellness Centre. The reserve has its own chapel and restaurant facilities, as well as two spa facilities. Guests can inquire about the full spa menu, but bookings are essential. Private self-drive game viewing vehicles can be hired, and guided game drives are also available.

The lodge features four fully air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms with baths and/or showers, and complimentary toiletries. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The lodge also has an inverter to provide power during load shedding periods.
