There are five restaurants within walking distance of the property.
The double-story, four-bedroom home provides accommodation for three couples and one single occupant. The bedrooms in the main house are located upstairs. The spacious master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a separate dressing room, opening onto an upstairs covered balcony. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Furthermore, a separate, self-contained studio offers accommodation for another couple.
The property features a solar-heated pool set within an unusually large, established indigenous garden. Located against the mountain in the older part of Kommetjie, the home is sheltered from the brunt of the South-Easter wind during the summer months. It is important to note that Milkwood Villa is only available for minimum rental periods of two weeks.
