The estate's primary accommodation, the Pool House, features a spacious open-plan living room complete with comfortable lounge furniture and a large fireplace. Its design incorporates tall sliding doors that open onto a covered patio, equipped with barbecue facilities and dining space for ten guests. The property includes a large swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, with the latter requiring prior arrangement with management.

Additional accommodation is available in the Vineyard Studio, which offers an open-plan sleeping and living area with a kitchenette. Studio guests may access the swimming pool, subject to Pool House guest occupancy and consent. The estate also features a two-bedroom unit with shared bathroom and open-plan kitchenette/dining area, ideal for small families or couples.
