Moholoholo Ya Mati is a venue situated on the banks of the Blyde River, just off the R531. It is hidden under lush trees and surrounded by beautiful lawns, with the Blyde River running through it. The venue offers facilities for special weddings or functions, including a unique stone and thatch chapel, spacious riverside function facilities, and five luxury self-catering chalets that can accommodate up to 30 people in total.

Moholoholo Ya Mati also features a unique caravan park with only 11 exclusive stands carefully sculptured out of the bush. Each stand offers total seclusion and is equipped with water and electrical points. The venue does not accept American Express credit cards.

One of the self-catering chalets is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen and a TV in the living room. The upstairs bedroom has a sleeper couch for children. The chalet also features a private braai area on a wooden deck overlooking the lush lawns and the Blyde River.
