Moncrieff Manor

Moncrieff Manor is a stately manor house that features a bed and breakfast establishment. All rooms at the bed and breakfast have free Wi-Fi, high-quality bedding, luxurious tea and coffee stations, microwave ovens, refrigerators, mini-bars, hair dryers, satellite television with bouquet channels, device charging points, blackout curtains, and stunning views.

Upon entering the manor house, visitors are greeted by a sweeping blackwood staircase that leads to a communal lounge area, a dining room, and a stunning yellowwood bar where guests are welcome to enjoy their own drinks. The large patio offers an ideal spot to enjoy a pre-dinner sundowner while taking in the inspiring view of the lagoon, town, and Knysna Heads. Relaxing loungers on the patio provide a perfect sunbathing experience.

Moncrieff Manor has a policy of supporting local businesses and charitable organizations as much as possible. The fresh produce for Betsie's continental and English breakfasts is sourced locally, and all recent renovations were expertly executed by local craftsmen. The new beds were made by the local branch of the Epilepsy Foundation of South Africa's workshop. Water-saving protocols, including the installation of showers in most rooms and the initiation of water-saving procedures wherever possible, are implemented. Guests enjoy safe, off-street parking.
