The main Victorian house, constructed between 1900 and 1905, is complemented by two guest wings and showcases early Victorian-influenced Karoo-style architecture. The guesthouse features 8 individually decorated en-suite rooms, available in both standard and luxury configurations. Each room boasts a private patio overlooking the property's beautiful gardens, with many rooms offering stunning views of the olive grove and majestic Langeberg Mountains.

The property's name derives from its historical vineyard, which was previously affected by floods. In May 2010, the area was repurposed with the planting of 350 olive trees. Guests can enjoy various amenities including a splash pool set among tranquil gardens featuring mature oak and milkwood trees. The accommodation offers both outdoor relaxation on the lawns and cozy indoor comfort with fireplaces in the garden rooms.
