Montanus

Montanus is a newly constructed home situated on the Clarens Golf and Trout Estate in the picturesque town of Clarens. It is an upmarket residence that offers essential elements for a comfortable stay, accommodating up to eight guests in four spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each of the three double rooms and one twin room, which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request, features en-suite bathrooms, large built-in wardrobes, and dressing tables, with all linens and towels provided.

The house comprises an open-plan living area with a lounge, dining room, and conversation nook, as well as a cozy fireplace, essential for the cold winters and evenings in Clarens. It also includes a full complement of DStv channels and a large flat-screen TV for guests' entertainment. Two sliding doors lead to a patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in barbecue, offering endless views of Clarens, the surrounding Rooiberg, and the distant Maluti Mountains of Lesotho.

The kitchen, which overlooks the living area, is fully equipped with granite countertops, an oven, glass-top hob, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and other appliances. It also has a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a washing-up area.
