Monyane Lodge

Monyane Lodge is a small mountain resort located in the foothills of the Waterberg mountains, approximately 25 kilometers away from Bela Bela. The town of Bela Bela, formerly known as Warmbaths, is recognized as a good agricultural region with well-stocked game reserves.

The lodge is located in a kloof with mountain walks in a tranquil environment, where more than 170 species of birds have been recorded. The resort features beautiful bushveld trees and is covered with bougainvilleas in various colors.

Monyane Lodge offers fully furnished, self-catering chalets as well as camping facilities on lush green lawns. It has a swimming pool and a children's playground available for guests.

The lodge provides peaceful surroundings, beautiful views, and mountain walks. A short 4x4 drive up the mountain takes visitors to a sundowner spot, where they can enjoy views of a large part of the Limpopo flats and witness beautiful sunsets.

Among the features and facilities at Monyane Lodge are barbecue facilities, a restaurant, a bar, clear swimming pools, a putt-putt course, a big screen with DStv, and cool and shady spots in the gardens with tables and chairs for total relaxation. There is also a playground for children.

The lodge offers grassy caravan sites with electricity, accommodating a maximum of four people and one motor vehicle each. Centrally situated ablution facilities, as well as access to the restaurant, pool, playgrounds, and nature walks, are provided. Guests are required to bring their own caravans, as the lodge only provides the caravan sites.
