Morgan Bay Hotel

The Morgan Bay Hotel is a historic family-run establishment located on South Africa's Wild Coast, just 45 minutes from East London. Founded in 1946 by Ivan Warren-Smith, the hotel has been managed by three generations of the family, with Richard and Jackie currently continuing the tradition of exceptional hospitality.

Situated between magnificent cliffs and a mile-long unspoiled beach on the Wild Indian Ocean, the recently renovated hotel features 40 tastefully decorated rooms with various view options. All rooms come equipped with modern amenities including en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, free WiFi, DStv, and tea/coffee facilities.

The hotel offers comprehensive facilities including the Milkwood Spa, The Deck Restaurant and Bar, a conference and wedding venue, and a swimming pool. Additional amenities include a beach boutique, games room, playground, climbing wall, and children's TV lounge. The venue can accommodate up to 120 guests for events, with flexible menu options catering to various dietary requirements. The hotel is particularly popular for weddings, offering special arrangements for honeymoon couples when their guests book 75% of the hotel capacity.

Room configurations range from standard non-sea facing rooms to deluxe family suites with ocean views. The hotel operates primarily on a bed and breakfast basis, with dinner available as an option.
