Mothopo Game Lodge

Mothopo Game Lodge is situated in the heart of the Waterberg region, approximately 40 kilometers from Modimolle and a two and a half-hour drive from Johannesburg. The lodge offers guests the opportunity to experience the freedom of the bush, an abundance of wildlife, and a wide range of outdoor activities.

The lodge features three self-catering units that can accommodate between two and eight guests per unit. The units are equipped with air-conditioned rooms, en-suite bathrooms, Jacuzzi baths, and TVs. Linen is provided. While the lodge has a dining area, meals are not catered for unless arranged with the management for special occasions.

Mothopo Game Lodge has a conference center, a bar and entertainment area, a tea garden, a swimming pool, and braai facilities. Additionally, it offers a children's playground, a trampoline near the pool, and a spa upon request. The lodge also provides the option of romantic weekend getaways, along with other activities such as bird watching, walking trails, and relaxing around the fireside with the sound of African drumbeats.

Each unit at the lodge has its own lapa and braai area, and is separate with a full en-suite bathroom, fully air-conditioned, and limited DSTV channels.
