Mountain And Sea comprises a main house and a separate cottage located on the same property, divided by a connecting gate. The property is situated in a tranquil and secure area of Sandbaai. It features two braai areas and a wood-fired hot tub. The location offers a picturesque mountain view and proximity to the Onrus and Sandbaai beaches. A short five-minute walk leads to the coastal path, providing easy access to the beaches where visitors can enjoy swimming, surfing, diving, or basking in the sun. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby mountains offer opportunities for mountain biking and hiking. The accommodation can comfortably host up to 10 adults.

The main house consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and scullery, and an open-plan dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The main bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower. Both bedrooms boast numerous windows offering captivating views of the mountains, surrounding trees, and green belt. Additionally, there is an upstairs loft room with two skylights, furnished with a futon that can serve as a bed or a couch, as well as two single beds. The loft also features a Juliet balcony overlooking the green belt area.

The well-equipped kitchen facilitates self-catering with a stove and oven, as well as a fridge-freezer. The scullery is outfitted with a double sink, a top-loading washing machine, and a dishwasher. The dining area accommodates a six-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area features a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The patio area, equipped with braai facilities, offers picturesque mountain views, while the back garden opens onto a green belt.

The separate cottage comprises two bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen and lounge. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and washing machine, while the kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge, gas hob, and electric oven, along with an espresso machine. The stoep of the cottage features a wood-fired hot tub and a fire pit.

For added security, the house and cottage are equipped with outside beams connected to an armed response system. Cleaning services during the stay can be arranged at an additional cost.
