Mountain Fly Fishing is an establishment located on a 300-hectare farm at the source of a mountain stream with spectacular views in the Magoebaskloof-Haenertsburg area of the Limpopo Province, known as The Land of Silver Mists. It offers an opportunity to escape from the stress of everyday life and unwind in a relaxed and beautiful environment surrounded by indigenous and cultivated forests, grasslands, and crystal clear mountain streams.

The establishment provides neat and cosy accommodation overlooking serene trout waters. Its facilities are suitable for hiking, mountain biking, quad biking, and bird watching, making it an ideal destination for family or group getaways in the beautiful Magoebaskloof mountains.

The Magoebaskloof area has a long association with trout fishing, with the first trout introduced into the Broederstroom River in 1904. For over 90 years, brown trout and later rainbow trout have thrived in the ideal temperatures of this northern-most part of the Drakensberg Mountain Range.

The accommodation offered includes a room with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin, a kitchenette with a two-plate gas stove and a fridge/freezer, a balcony overlooking a trout dam, and an outside braai area. It is important to note that there is no fireplace or TV in the room.

Children's rates are as follows: one to five years old pay a fixed rate of R95.00, and six to 12 years old pay a fixed rate of R188.00.
