Mtunzini Forest Lodge

Mtunzini Forest Lodge is situated on the North Coast of Kwazulu Natal, surrounded by a rich sand forest with Raphia Palms. The lodge features 22 wooden chalets, each located among the trees and equipped with all the comforts of home, including a private sundeck and braai area.

Beaches are accessible via a wooden bridge that crosses the Siyayi River, and after climbing over a high dune, guests can reach almost untouched beaches suitable for fishing. The lodge offers four two-bedroom, four-sleeper units with a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. Each unit has one bathroom with a bath, shower over bath, toilet, and basin, as well as a private sundeck with outdoor furniture and a braai area, and an open-plan kitchen and lounge.

Additionally, the lodge has 18 two-bedroom, six-sleeper units. The main bedrooms feature a double bed, while the second bedrooms have two single beds, and there is a loft with two single beds. These units also include one bathroom with a bath, shower over bath, toilet, and basin, a private sundeck with outdoor furniture and a braai area, and an open-plan kitchen and lounge.

The lodge offers secluded, private chalets located in the forest, with access to untouched beaches suitable for fishing.
