Muluwa Lodge

Muluwa Lodge is located near the town of White River in proximity to the Kruger National Park in South Africa. The reserve is home to various animals, including giraffe, zebra, impala, warthogs, and nyala, as well as over 200 bird species. The lodge is an 11-minute drive from the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport and 21 minutes from Nelspruit. It is situated near the Kruger National Park, the stunning beaches of Mozambique, and the scenic Blyde River Canyon.

The lodge comprises two Luxury Suites and eight Superior Rooms. There is also a tented camp with twelve Luxury safari tents. All accommodations provide amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The Luxury Suites are located at either end of the lodge, ensuring privacy for guests seeking seclusion. Each Luxury Suite features a king-size bed with 100% cotton linen, a separate lounge, a private deck for relaxation, an open-plan bathroom with a jet stream shower and an oversized bathtub, an outdoor shower, and a private plunge pool.

The Superior Rooms have en-suite bathrooms and lounge areas. They have large wooden decks, perfect for bird watching, and private outdoor showers. A sleeper couch can be arranged for younger guests staying at the lodge. The Luxury Safari tents are air-conditioned, feature en-suite bathrooms with showers and stocked mini-bars. All tents offer private wooden decks with views over the bushveld and surrounding valleys.

Attractions in the area include the Kruger National Park (guided walking safaris and game drives), the Blyde River Canyon, and the Panorama Route. Other activities include microlight, helicopter flips, quad biking, horse riding, river rafting, skyway trails, visits to the Jane Goodall Chimp Eden or Sudwala caves. Muluwa Lodge can accommodate 44 guests overnight for an intimate bushveld wedding, and the Restaurant can seat 60 guests. Larger weddings can be arranged on the vast sprawling lawns. In-room massage treatments can be arranged and booked prior to arrival.
