The property, referred to as 'My Piece of Paradise,' is a house that offers a stunning sea view from every room. It features a braai area that is completely protected from the south-easterly wind and the rainy north-westerly wind, as well as an indoor fireplace. Ostriches, buck, mongoose, and pheasants roam freely in the fynbos located behind the property, creating a quiet, peaceful, and tranquil environment. Guests are welcome to bring their dogs with prior arrangement, and safe parking is available on-site for a maximum of three cars.

The accommodation consists of four rooms: Room 1 (main) has a queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and a sea view. Room 2 has a double bed, an en-suite shower, and a sea view. Room 3 also has a double bed, an en-suite shower, and a sea view. Room 4 features a double bed, two bunk beds, and an en-suite shower.

There is a games room equipped with a pool table, a table tennis table, a dartboard, and a jukebox. The property also offers electronic amenities such as a washing machine, a dishwasher, hairdryers, flat-screen TVs, a jukebox, fiber internet, and full DSTV channels.

Linen and towels, tea, coffee, sugar, body soap, dishwashing liquid, black bags, beach towels, and umbrellas (upon request) are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a set of 12 pieces of cutlery and crockery. Guests are advised to bring their own braai wood. The property is situated close to the beach.
