Namaqua Lodge

Namaqua Lodge is located in Vanrhynsdorp, situated in the heart of Namaqualand. It is renowned for its warm hospitality and delicious meals served in a relaxed atmosphere. The lodge offers a variety of rooms to accommodate different types of travelers.

After checking in, guests can visit the ladies bar, where they can relax while playing pool and darts, watch DStv, and enjoy a cold beverage. The lodge also features the second largest Tie collection in the world, which guests are welcome to view. During the summer months, the bar is an ideal spot to enjoy a sundowner while relaxing under the lapa. Secure parking is provided for guest vehicles.

Namaqua Lodge serves as a base for tourists exploring the Namaqualand region, including the West Coast, Olifants River Valley, Knersvlakte, Gifberg, Maskamberg, Kobee, and Matzikama areas. These areas offer numerous hiking trails, historical buildings, and rock art to be explored. With its facilities, Namaqua Lodge aims to meet the needs of every guest at affordable rates.

The lodge is situated approximately 300 km north of Cape Town and 270 km south of Springbok. The rooms are equipped with a double bed and two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a bath or shower, hairdryer, coffee station, and Wi-Fi. Each room also features a TV and air-conditioning. Housekeeping services are included for these rooms.
