Natanya Luxury Self-Catering Holiday Retreat is situated on the rocks overlooking the sea at the water's edge, and set against the backdrop of the Kogelberg Mountains. The lovely beach house can accommodate up to 10 guests in five rooms, with three of the rooms opening onto private balconies and/or courtyards offering uninterrupted sea and/or mountain views. The main en-suite bedroom downstairs features a king-sized bed and a private seafront balcony. The open-plan bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bath and a shower, with a separate toilet.

There is also a second mountain-facing en-suite double bedroom that opens onto a private courtyard with a tranquil koi pond. This room can be furnished with either a king-size bed or two three-quarter beds, and it has a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Upstairs, there is an en-suite double room that opens onto a private spacious deck with stunning mountain and sea views. The remaining two upstairs rooms are simply but comfortably furnished with two three-quarter beds each, and they share a guest toilet downstairs.

The TV room features a comfortable built-in couch, a wood-burning fireplace, and DStv. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with various appliances and amenities. There is also a utility room with additional appliances. On the mountain side, the kitchen opens through double French doors onto an enclosed garden courtyard with a water feature, an outdoor dining table, and a built-in braai area. On the sea-facing side, concertina sliding doors open onto a generous deck furnished with a twelve-seater dining table, perfect for sundowners or candlelit dinners. A fire pit on the lawn overlooking the sea is a new addition, offering a magical spot for evening gatherings.

Natanya is serviced twice a week and has an alarm system with armed response if needed. Ample parking is provided on the premises. Smoking and pets are not allowed, but smokers can use the ashtrays provided outside. In season, guests can enjoy whale watching from various vantage points around the house, as well as observe abundant indigenous bird life. With a permit, guests can gather mussels, dive for crayfish, or enjoy fishing from the rocks directly in front of the house. Swimmers can cool off in the deep rock pool known as 'The Gulley' in front of the house.
