Natures Rest Lapa

Nature's Rest Lapa is an off-the-grid farm accommodation situated halfway between George and Oudtshoorn along the Garden Route in the Eden district, offering a Klein Karoo experience. The establishment runs on solar power and provides an ideal retreat for nature and mountain bike enthusiasts.

The property features two main guest rooms: the Protea Room and the Karoo Room. The Protea Room accommodates three guests with one double bed and one single bed, complete with a private bathroom featuring shower facilities. The Karoo Room houses four guests with a double bed and bunk bed configuration, including an en-suite bathroom. Both rooms come furnished with linen and bath towels.

Additionally, two rustic caravans are available, each equipped with a double bed and two single beds, providing sleeping bags, cushions, and blankets. Caravan guests share access to a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities and communal bathrooms, though they must supply their own towels.

The property's communal facilities include a shared kitchen, living room with fireplace, and braai area. The lodge's Lapa area features a children's play area, splash pool, large boma, braai facilities, and a deck for stargazing. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The farm's location on the Outeniqua Trail, along with its own network of smaller trails, makes it particularly attractive to mountain biking enthusiasts.
