Ndedema Lodge

Ndedema Lodge is located in the village of Clanwilliam, situated approximately two hours' drive from Cape Town. Clanwilliam is one of the oldest towns in the country, located at the foothills of the Cedarberg mountains, creating a picturesque setting. The lodge is situated off the beaten path, offering a sense of timelessness, yet remains conveniently close to Cape Town for a leisurely escape. It also serves as an ideal stopover for travelers journeying to Namibia and the Kalahari Gemsbok Park.

The lodge is housed in a stunning Victorian mansion at the end of Park Street. Its name, "Ndedema," is derived from the Khoi-san word denoting the most superior antelope, believed to embody both physical and spiritual greatness. The lodge is dedicated to providing service and quality of unparalleled excellence, paying homage to this sacred creature.

After exploring the Cedarberg mountains or nearby attractions, Ndedema Lodge offers a haven of tranquility where peace and serenity merge with the commitment to creating cherished memories for guests. The lodge has cots and a baby chair for children, as well as large green gardens where children can play. One of the rooms is a small room with two twin beds and a bathroom with a shower, but no bathtub.
