The accommodation known as 'Nearby' is situated in Herolds Bay. It is located within a walking distance of 950 meters from the beach and only 8.4 kilometers away from the airport. For golf enthusiasts, the property is situated near Oubaai, which is 1.2 kilometers away, and Fancourt Country Club is 16 kilometers away.

The house can accommodate up to ten people in five bedrooms and has four bathrooms, three of which are en-suite. Four of the rooms are equipped with king-size beds that can be converted into twin beds, while the fifth room has a fixed queen-size bed. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and an ice maker.

All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans to keep guests cool during summer and heated towel rails to keep towels warm and dry. The house is equipped with uncapped fiber Wi-Fi, allowing guests to stream their own entertainment, such as Netflix, Showmax, and DSTV. The living area features a large-screen TV and a gas fireplace that provides heat and ambiance during the winter months.

The dining room offers a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean and includes an indoor braai (BBQ) area. Adjacent to the living area are two large decks or patios, with three of the bedrooms opening up to the large patio overlooking the ocean. At the back of the house, there is a cozy outdoor braai area that provides shelter from the wind. Secure parking is available in a double garage with a remote-controlled door, and there are two additional parking spots at the back of the house and two on the sidewalk.
