Never@Home Cape Town is a brand that combines accommodation with adventure travel. It has two properties situated in Cape Town, with one located in Green Point, ideally positioned near the V&A Waterfront, FIFA Cape Town Stadium, Green Point Park, and Sea Point Promenade. The other property is also situated in Cape Town.

The rooms at the Green Point property are designed for modern travelers, focusing on cleanliness and contemporary amenities. Guests can choose from a range of private and shared dorm rooms, including female-only options, to accommodate different budgets and preferences. The rooms come equipped with new bunks and beds, secure in-room lockers, Netflix (in private rooms), high-speed WiFi, and other conveniences.

Never@Home Cape Town offers a scheduled group activity every day of the week, either for free or at a minimal cost. These activities include free yoga classes, sunset cycles, visits to local farmers' markets, group hikes to Table Mountain and Lion's Head, trivia nights, ladies' nights, and beer pong nights. The hostel also organizes in-house tours exclusively for guests, such as exploring local hotspots, wine tours, and swimming with penguins.

The shared rooms are equipped with communal bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, bed linens with two pillows, towels (with a refundable deposit), hairdryers, daily room service, free and fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi, USB charging points, secure under-bunk storage, key card access, and night-time bed lights. A valid passport is required upon check-in, and guests under 16 can stay in shared rooms only if part of a group that has booked out the entire room and each member has a passport or unabridged birth certificate.
