Nibela Lake Lodge By Dream Resorts is a nature-based holiday destination located near the iSimangaliso Wetlands Park and Hluhluwe in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It is situated on the cusp of a World Heritage Site, Lake St. Lucia, an estuarine lake system that sustains an abundance of birds and wildlife.

The lodge is easily accessible from Durban, and the drive to the resort is part of the experience, passing stunning coastal views and waving isiZulu children from roadside villages. Upon arrival, guests are rewarded with private timber chalets featuring private balconies and lakeside views, accompanied by the cheer of birds from the surrounding canopy of trees.

The main lodge offers an outdoor viewing deck, an ideal spot for sundowners served just before dinner at the Lakeview Restaurant. The restaurant provides continental breakfasts, three-course dinners, comfort food like pizzas and crispy chips, colourful milkshakes for kids, and ice-cold beers for older guests.

Guests can explore the surrounding area of iSimangaliso by going walking, fishing, diving, biking, birding, or picnicking. They can also enjoy game viewing on a day trip to Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Park or relax near the pool. The Bush SPA offers various packages, and there is a honeymoon deluxe chalet with a romantic outside bath. Children can enjoy a games room with a pool table, darts, garden chess, a trampoline, a jungle gym, putt-putt, and Zulu dancing on request. Fishing and lake cruises are also available.

The chalets can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. They feature a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, a main bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower on the downstairs level, and a loft with two three-quarter single beds upstairs. The chalets have air conditioning in the lounge area.
