Nkwazi Cottage is a modern and upmarket accommodation located at 77 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach. It offers direct access to the main beach and lagoon, with spectacular views of the majestic Indian Ocean. The property features a beautiful rim-flow pool that is netted and overlooks the ocean.

The newly revamped Nkwazi Cottage has 8 bedrooms serviced by 7 bathrooms and a guest loo. It can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests in large, spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for a large family group or several families holidaying together. The house is well-equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber), DSTV, an alarm system, beams, and armed response for security.

The house is designed for indoor-outdoor living, and most rooms offer views of the beach and ocean. It has a casual lounge, TV lounge, bar, dining room, kitchen, scullery, pantry, and laundry. The kitchen is equipped with a large gas hob and oven, microwave, ample refrigerator and freezer space, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. Off the kitchen, there is a shielded, spacious braai area for alfresco meals and a large lawn for children to play.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, as the property is fully fenced and gated, with secure parking inside the gate. The house sleeps 16 guests in 8 bedrooms, supported by 7 bathrooms and a guest loo. All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards, hangers, and ceiling fans. All linen, towels, and beach towels are supplied. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, all en-suite, with 2 King beds and 2 Queen beds. These bedrooms open onto a spacious veranda. Downstairs, there are 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 of which are en-suite, and 2 share a bathroom.

Please note that the property does not accommodate groups of adults only, and it caters for "nucleus" family holidays only. No functions of any kind are permitted. Additional charges include a daily staff levy of R250 for up to 10 guests, with an additional staff member at R285 per day for more guests. A refundable breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, is required.
