No 1 Living Waters

No 1 Living Waters is a self-catering townhouse located in Simon's Town, offering beautiful views of the harbor and the ocean. Simon's Town is situated on the shores of False Bay, on the eastern side of the Cape Peninsula. The duplex house consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living area. It features a sunny patio area overlooking the harbor and sea, and the upstairs has large windows with stunning views. Uncapped wifi is available at no extra charge, and guests can even lay on the bed and see whales.

The town is rich in history, character, and atmosphere, situated near Boulder's Beach, famous for its penguins, seals, and bird life. Whales can be spotted out in the bay during the June to December season, making it an ideal family holiday destination in a great location. The establishment sleeps a maximum of five guests, including children. Guests with babies are welcome to bring along a camp cot for their stay. The comfortably furnished house features a beautiful 180-degree view of the harbor and False Bay, where whales can be seen during the whale season if fortunate.
