Accommodating up to 12 guests, the double-story home provides all necessary linens, towels, and beach towels. Pets are permitted upon prior arrangement. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area comprising a lounge, dining room, kitchen, guest restroom, and scullery. The living area seamlessly extends onto a large veranda overlooking the pool. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, a microwave, hob, oven, and ample fridge and freezer space. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, are also available.

The first floor houses three bedrooms, a dormitory, and five bathrooms. All bedrooms are en-suite, and a guest bathroom is provided. Each bedroom features built-in cupboards, hangers, and fans for comfort. Three bedrooms open onto a wide balcony with breathtaking sea views. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a dormitory ideal for children, equipped with four single beds and one bunk bed. The bathrooms include a main en-suite with a bath, basin, shower, and toilet; two bathrooms with a shower, toilet, and basin; and a dormitory en-suite with a shower, toilet, and basin. An additional bathroom offers a toilet, basin, and shower.

Additional charges apply, including a daily maid levy and a refundable breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500.

During the peak season of December and January, specific minimum stay requirements are in effect. For bookings including both Christmas and New Year, a 14-night minimum stay is required. For bookings including only Christmas, a 10-night minimum stay is required, with the stay ending no later than the 27th or 28th of December. For bookings including only New Year, a 10-night minimum stay is required, with the stay beginning no earlier than the 27th or 28th of December. Shorter stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5-7 nights) may be considered once the owner has secured their primary bookings.
