The unit is well-equipped, neat, and in good condition. It features a pool in front of the unit, which is fenced and gated. The unit has parking within a gated and walled area for two cars. DSTV is provided, and there are braai facilities in the form of a charcoal braai. The garden and pool are tended to by an on-site caretaker, and a maid can be booked through a local cleaning agent, although the unit is not serviced.

The complex is secure with fencing, gates, and walls. A gas hob and rechargeable lights are provided. The unit sleeps eight people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All linen, bath, and beach towels are provided. All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards and ceiling fans.

The ground floor features an open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen, with a guest toilet on the landing. The bottom floor opens up onto a large, partially covered veranda with furniture and easy access to the pool. The kitchen is well-equipped with all cutlery and crockery provided, as well as a microwave, hob, eye-level oven, chest freezer, fridge/freezer, and washing machine.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. The first bathroom has a basin, bath, and shower, while the second bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. The unit is suitable for four adults and four children under the age of 12.

It is important to note that the unit is situated across the road from a public park, which may be noisy at times. Additionally, groups of adults are not permitted, and the unit caters for "nucleus" family holidays only. No functions of any kind are allowed, and pets are not permitted.
