The house features an easy walk to the beach, a large pool (not netted), inverter, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, DSTV, and is serviced and well-secured. It has a Weber grill for barbecuing, two lockable garages with additional outdoor parking, and security measures including beams, an alarm, and armed response. The house comprises an open-plan lounge, TV lounge, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms with a separate toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, hob, eye-level oven, two refrigerators/freezers, a dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. A laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also available.
