The property at No. 96 On Panorama Drive, Zinkwazi Beach, is a beach cottage that offers a great holiday experience by the beach. The house features wonderful sea views, a sparkling blue pool with a net, and an undercover decking area.

The property is serviced, has DSTV, and is secured by a wall, an alarm system, and armed response. It provides braai facilities, including a large gas braai and a Weber braai. Laundry facilities are available, with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Visitors are advised to drive to the beach and park in the main parking area, arriving early. There is one garage and open parking off the road, but not inside the property.

The bottom floor consists of a lounge, dining room, bar, kitchen, and a guest toilet. The kitchen has a breakfast nook, a hob, an eye-level oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery.

The top floor can accommodate up to 12 people in five bedrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, a private balcony with great views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds and access to a shared balcony with great views. Bedroom three has air conditioning, bedroom four has a double bed, and bedroom five has four single beds suitable for kids or teenagers. The second bathroom includes a shower, bath, basin, and toilet. There are two guest toilets in total. Linen, towels, and beach towels are provided. Ample cupboard space is available, with two bedrooms having air conditioning and the rest equipped with ceiling fans. Clothes hangers are supplied. It is noted that the house has many stairs.

Certain restrictions apply: no groups of adults are allowed, as the property caters for "nucleus" family holidays only. No functions of any kind are permitted, and pets are not allowed.

Additional charges include a daily staff levy of R250 and a breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, which is refundable if there are no breakages.

During peak season (December and January), specific minimum stay requirements apply. For bookings including both Christmas and New Year, the minimum stay is 14 nights. For bookings including only Christmas, the minimum stay is 10 nights, ending no later than the 27th or 28th of December. For bookings including only New Year, the minimum stay is 10 nights, starting no earlier than the 27th or 28th of December. Shorter stays before and after this period (minimum of 5-7 nights) may be considered once the owner has secured their primary bookings.
