Nooitgedacht Guesthouse

Nooitgedacht Guesthouse is an art deco-style guesthouse that operates in a sustainable manner by utilizing solar power, implementing greywater reticulation for water reuse, and harvesting rainwater from all rain runoff. It is situated within a large, beautiful garden that features a refreshing pool. The guesthouse is located in a peaceful area with magnificent mountain views and easy access to major highways, in close proximity to golf courses, the University of Cape Town, Red Cross Hospital, and major tour routes.

The rooms at Nooitgedacht Guesthouse are comfortably furnished with single beds that can be arranged into king-size or double beds. All rooms are equipped with coffee and tea facilities, while a lounge area with a fireplace offers TV and video facilities. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, and secure off-street parking is available. Guests can wake up to the sound of birdsong from the many large trees surrounding the guesthouse.

The guesthouse features a magnificent children's play area within the trees, complete with a trampoline and swings. However, it is important to note that the swimming pool is unfenced, requiring constant supervision of children. The Blue Room is a large double room with double doors leading out to a courtyard garden surrounded by fruit trees and roses, offering both east and west-facing views, allowing guests to enjoy the benefits of the rising sun and the afternoon warmth.
